Rusha and Akhil are married for two years now. It seems within this timespan only, the love has evaporated. Constant fights and quarrels. Already the thought whether they will be able to continue this relation has cropped up. Tina and Rahul’s relation, that too have become a burden for them. They now reminisce the times they used to love a lot with the sinking in of the feeling of suspicion and doubt. Can’t just tolerate it anymore!!!

This is a regular scenario of a relation. In the beginning nothing causes much of a problem but later on fights occur on the pettiest of issues. This affects your relation a lot. And the present generation, is too fast and moves on quickly. But to end a relation just like that, is it the only solution?

Can’t we try to regain that love?

1. To point your partner’s fault is very easy. But what about our own fault? Isn’t there any fault of yours that led to the quarrel? Cause it takes two to tango. So try to figure your own fault before pointing out the others’.

2. Don’t shy away from apologizing whoever is at fault. The one you are fighting with is at the end of the day your favourite person. So a “sorry” won’t lower your prestige or status.

3. Don’t be hesitant in a relation. Just do it or don’t do a thing. This kind of hesitation crops up differences.

4. You aren’t going to lose anything if you stop doing something which your partner doesn’t like. Don’t bring in feminism or any such stuff into this matter, rather concentrate on strengthening the relation. You don’t have to be in your swagger every time. Just give in sometimes. A relation doesn’t build up on logic and brain. It comes from feelings.

5. Sit down and sort it out with your partner. The things that can be talked out and solved over the dinner table why take it your bedroom just to ruin the night? Listen to the complaints of your partner. If needed don’t walk away from rectifying yourself.

6. If your partner has done something wrong, learn to forgive them. It’s only humanly possible to commit a fallacy. But if the mistake is being repeated more than once, then you have every right to speak it out.

7. Don’t take stress too much. Many times under work pressure we vent the frustration out on our partners. This is not at all acceptable by any.
