How to Lose Extra Belly Fat?

A bulky beer belly is such a nuisance except you’re a person who loves using it as a platform to rest your arms on while sitting or standing. Seriously, spare tires don’t help and only portray poor diet and exercise. If there are some magical medications (this excludes the popular but life-threatening liposuction) to lose extra tummy baggage in minutes and if exercising is boring, why are there so many people we see jogging every morning and hitting the gym regularly? There must be something we don’t know that we need to try, don’t you think?

A 10 to 15-minute combination of leg lifting and sit-ups every morning right after you wake up are the most neglected abs building and tummy tucking exercise today. For sit-ups to be done properly, first you simply lie down flat on the floor. It should be a concrete floor where you spread a thin mat. Lift your knees up steadily while your feet are flat on the floor then cross your arms over your torso. From that position, lift up your upper body as slowly as you can so that your back gets off the floor. Go back to the lying position and repeat it within 10 to 15 minutes.

After the sit-ups, rest a little then do the leg lifting. On your lying position, with your hands extended close to your hips, knees and feet close to each other, lift up your legs slowly targeting 45 to 90 degrees angle, then back on the floor again. Like the sit-ups, repeat it for few minutes, but remember, be easy on yourself, if you’re just setting up for these exercises, you can start off with around 5 to 7 repeats of the steps then add some as you get used to them. If the exercises are done correctly, you’ll surely feel the difference on your tummy right away after each short session.
