Natural Ways To Take Care Of The Cracked Feet!

One of the top most cause of cracked heels is the dry skin. People with such type of skin should make it a habbit to moisturize their skins regularly. Other factors that contribute the cracked feet condition are overweight, medical conditions like diabetes, thyroid problems, skin diseases and eczema.
Whatever the case is you just have to give 10 mins to your feet daily and voila, soft heels back again!

1. Scrubbing


It is one of the most effective and easy ways. Scrubbing shows the results instantly and removes the dead skin.

Method: Scrub your feet before going to bed. YOu can also mix liquid soap in warm water and dip you feet and then rub them with a pumice stone to scrub off loosened dead skin. Don’t forget to moisturize after scrubbing.

2. Coconut Oil


Coconut oil is an amazing beauty ingredient which works wonders in many ways. With you cracked feet it will not only moisturize your feet but will also fight fungal and bacterial infections.

Method: Before you to your bed soak your feet in warm water for sometime and then rub them with towel and instead of using any lotion use coconut oil. Repeat it everyday and get you soft heels back.

3. Epsom Salt


Epsom accelerates the process of healing cracked feet as it promotes circulation. Plus, the magnesium in Epsom salt promotes skin health and draws out toxins

Method: Add one-half cup of Epsom salt in a foot tub filled with warm water. Soak your feet in it for 10 minutes and then use a pumice stone to get rid of the dead skin. Put your feet back in the Epsom salt soak for another 10 minutes. After that dry your feet and apply any moisturizer. Repeat daily for two or three days.

4. Vinegar


The acetic acid in vinegar helps soften the skin which in turn makes exfoliation easier and Vinegar foot soak is also beneficial for tired feet.

Method: Mix one-half to one cup of white or apple cider vinegar in two cups of water, soak your feet in it for 10 to 15 minutes and then scrub the dry dead skin with a pumice stone. Dry it and apply a moisturizer or petroleum jelly or the best option coconut oil.

5. Lemon


Lemon juice has a very mild natural acidic property that can help get rid of dead and dry skin cells from your feet.
Method: Pour some lemon juice in warm water. Soak your feet in it for about 10 minutes. Gently scrub your feet. After drying your feet apply some moisturizer. Repeat a few times a week.
