After impressing us with movies like BABY and Special 26, Akshay Kumar is back to thrill the audience with AIRLIFT. AIRLIFT is Akshay’s next film, also starring Nimrat Kaur. The film is based on true events set in Kuwait pre and during the 1990 Gulf War. It is the story of the largest human evacuation ever.
The film is directed by Raja Krishna. Akshay Kumar is playing the role of Ranjit Katyal, who leads us to the fascinating and untold story of the world’s largest civilian evacuation, in which more than 1,70,000 Indians were evacuated from war-torn Kuwait.
