In one of his speeches recently Belarus’ President had a slip of tongue and in that asked the citizens to undress and work. Like the proud citizens they complied to their President’s word.
While delivering a speech, the president said, “Innovations, IT technologies, privatisation – it is all clear. We’ve conquered all of them. But all our life is in simple things, we should get undressed and work.” His speech was in Russian where he misspoke the word “raz-VI-vatsa” which means “develop”. Instead, he used the word “raz-DE-vatsa” which means “disrobe”.
The poor citizens followed his words and got naked.
