These Signs Show That You Need a Quiet Time And a Break! It’s Time to Take it Easy!

Sometimes it just feels like that you are tired even if you are 20 something. It is very natural to feel as if you cannot carry the weight of newly found responsibilities. Because when you step into a next level, the next phase of your life (regardless of the age) your body and mind actually crave for a much-needed break. Sometimes you don’t really realize that your body is sending you signals and signs, telling you to stop. It can be possible that your nutrients intake is on point and you are very well fed. It cannot be nutrition all the time. I know good food is very important but mental well being depends on a lot of factors which you need to take care of.

To find an answer and reason to your not-ending fragile self you need to take a few days off work and spend time (no, not with family) with yourself. Sit for an hour or two on the computer and filter out good books, add them to your bucket list and then keep unchecking them as you go. Good stories and books have hidden secrets to life! Chances are that you may come across a line or a dialogue that will change your life (I am reading Sherlock Holmes at the moment, for logic! 😀 ). Maybe, read biographies of good and successful people to re-ignite your lost dreams but make sure you don’t overwhelm yourself (Because the idea is to calm your senses down while reviving your lost passion).

One of the main reasons for feeling tired and exhausted (if not improper nutrition) can be a loss of interest in the activities that were once your favorite. You should understand that this happens with everyone and it is pretty normal. The only thing you should bother about is taking that perfect me time which will ensure you your health and life and of course all the interest back once again. Taking some me time off work will help you heal and focus better on what is inside you.

So when you are ready to get back to work again make sure that you take out few minutes or hours (if possible) to make sure that you are pursuing your hobbies as well because you never know that in the process your mere hobbies can give you a better career that you will love for the rest of your life.
