“I was selected to participate in the Study India Program 2013. The program provided a great introduction to Indian culture. India is a country that I have wanted to visit for years, having heard about its rich culture from my Indian friends at my university. Through them, I started listening to some Hindi songs, which sparked my interest to learn the basics of Hindi. In the evening my friends and I enjoy shopping in the malls, and partying in bars and clubs in Connaught Place and Hauz Khas, and driving around the city which has a lively atmosphere”
