We all talk about feminism, women going places and achieving great heights. But many a times we hear that doing household chores is the duty of a woman. If she wants a career, then she has to balance her work and home. She needs to manage things for her family.
In the new advertisement by Ariel for their #ShareTheLoad campaign they have highlighted this issue in a very touching way. A father while visiting his married daughter’s home realises that he should have instilled the values of equality in his daughter from a very early age when she used to play with her doll houses. He also feels this could be done by helping her mother and leading their daughter by example.
