Caleb’s Story – It’s Amazing How A Dog Can Heal A ‘Lifeless’ Kid

Caleb Howard was just 6 years old when a head-on car collision left him with broken bones and a traumatic brain injury. He lost his mother, brother and sister in the same accident. His father was heartbroken and unsure about Caleb’s recovery. The father did not know when would his son recover, or if he would make it at all, until one day a dog named Colonel stepped in. Colonel was a therapy dog, who helped Caleb the most to recover from his condition. Who would have thought a dog would have such healing powers?
