Radhika Apte is a great actress who has done some amazing work in this industry. She has earned all accolades for her Bollywood movies as well as her short films. Her latest movie Parched has released and the cast is getting all kind of appreciation. The movie has been screened at various film festivals and bagged many awards for it.
The sex scene between Radhika Apte and Adil Hussain has been much talked about. For Radhika, the scene had been hilarious for her than a challenging one. As she says, “The biggest challenge on set was not going nude, but finding a flesh-tint sock that covered Hussain’s modesty.”
Radhika says, “Adil even blurted out, ‘I am sorry if I get a hard-on and I am sorry if I don’t’.” The film’s director, Linaa Yadav, along with choreographer Ashley Lobo executed the scene.
When asked about not telling about the ‘fun’ part earlier she says, “Those who raising eyebrows and rolling eyes would have never got the humor in this. People look at things as black and white. Unfortunately, everyone saw it from a unilinear perspective. They were either angry or sympathetic. Ask us, we have laughed throughout. It will be the most memorable scene ever for the amount we have laughed and for what we take away from it. I have been criticized and praised equally, but films are a learning process and that scene will be a milestone.”
