Narcissism at work

This person you see everyday at work might not be  great to hang out with, but the director surely like them. They are goal-driven, they cannot accept defeat or anything mediocre and care for the company as dearly as themselves. So what’s not to like about them?

Their devotion and constant dedication to pretty much all aspects of their work, make them flawless and promote their company’s image in the best way possible. You see, a perfectionist will keep going when others just let go, they will go the extra mile to please everyone, and not to forget, they will be innovative in order to impress, first themselves and then everyone else!
