Mostly it is an ingredient present in all the sunscreens because of its slow the oxidative damage to skin cells from free radicals. It gives skin youthfulness and keeps it glowing. It is there in sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate, etc
5. Vitamin C
It is one of the best nutrient required for a good and healthy skin. It prevents and slows sun damage that can cause photochemical skin darkening and discoloration, which can lead to cancerous mutations and moles. It is found in oranges, strawberries, red pepper, etc.
