Follow a healthy diet

This comprises of a diet rich in complex carbohydrates, lean protein, low in saturated fats and
essential fatty acids.

Complex carbohydrates: wholewheat, quinoa, oats, jowar, bajra.
Lean protein : low fat milk and milk products, chicken, fish, egg whites.
Fats: lean meat like chicken & fish, egg whites, low fat milk and milk products.
Oil to be consumed : olive, ricebran and groundnut oil.
