Our Film Industry is known to run after so called Superstars and tend to ignore talented actors. The talent that can lift up a film to levels never reached before. One amazing talented actor is Ram Kapoor. The man who is a fabulous actor but underrated in Bollywood. He has probably done the best of roles and just wooed the audiences every time he came on screen. His 5 best movies are as follows:
1. Karthik calling Karthik
Playing the character of Farhan Akhtar’s boss, he looked so real. The annoying, bossy, dominating, furious kind of boss who Karthik a.k.a Farhan Akhtar feared in the movie.
2. Agent Vinod
Playing the role of a mafia, Abu Sayed Nazer. It was really hard to actually recognize him. He played a kickass mafia from the underworld of corruption. This came out to be a really good film for Ram Kapoor.
3. Student Of The Year
Playing a dad should be easy and Ram Kapoor did it well. He was an ambitious man who thought about the tough future and nailed the role! Her real life wife was with him and they both acted perfectly. Ram was a charming man as well as the villain in the movie.
4. Mere Dad Ki Maruti
Portraying a Punjabi dad who loves his daughter endlessly and always screaming at his son is one good choice Ram Kapoor made. This role was the best performance by Ram that I saw. He was sentimental, fun loving, desi, annoying, showoff kind of dad but just out of this world and a true Punjabi dad.
5. Baar Baar Dekho
Ram played Katrina’s father in this movie who is again a happy go lucky and a rich father who wants a great marriage and all the happiness in the world for his daughter. No matter how the movie did but Ram Kapoor was again great.
