We live in a country where certain things are talked behind the closed doors. When we talk about sexual health, periods or intimate care, we talk in hushed voices. People don’t want others to know about them as these are personal subjects but due to this many a times, we are too shy to talk about them if we face any issue regarding these. We are afraid to go to a gynecologist because we don’t want to discuss our menstrual cycle or sex life as these are the taboo subjects in our society.
