Do you know who is Shahid Mallya? He’s an Indian playback singer who has sung various songs. Most of the people don’t know him for sure, but seem to recognize his voice. He sung this amazing song and by far his one of the best according to me that is “Ikk Kudi” from Udta Punjab. Everyone has heard Diljit Dosanjh’s version but not his even when it was in the movie. But what I don’t understand is, how can anyone ignore his version, it’s better than Diljit’s, no offence. He sung it with all his passion, intensity and soul. He just nailed it! Hear it once.
Look out for his more amazing songs, “Rabba Main Toh Mar Gaya Oye” from “Mausam”, “Kukkad” from “Student of the Year”, “Mann Jaage Sari Raat” from “Bittoo Boss”, “Saiyaan” from “Gunday” and “Toh Dishoom” from the upcoming movie “Dishoom”. He has sung many more good songs, but these are my top favourites.
