Giving a poor appraisal to your sub-ordinate can be a problem to you too. Nobody likes that but some employees take it to their heart and all they want is revenge from their boss.
Sandeep Bhavle, a civil engineer living in Goregaon spent around 1.36 lakhs from his superior’s credit card on grounds of low appraisal. Reportedly he memorised the credit card details of his boss when he did some transaction in front of him.
He had spent all this on online shopping for clothes and VIP passes for a concert in Goa. The cyber cell arrested him before he could leave for Goa. He had spent INR 78000 on clothes and shoes online and INR 58000 for the VIP tickets.
All this was done because he was not made permanent in the company where he was working as an apprentice engineer. What can we say for these. Such crimes are being done just over petty issues. Just because he did not liked his work he took revenge in this way. But now that he has been caught will he get the job or things will be better for him now? We all should make sure such things are not done by anyone for our own good.
