Salman Bhai’s much loved younger sister Arpita Khan‘s life journey is like a script of a hit Bollywood blockbuster Film. She has a life filled with loved ones, being a part of the Khan family, there is nothing you could ask for than being a sister of three gorgeous Bollywood men Salman Khan, Sohail Khan & Arbaaz Khan.
Arpita is famous for being Salman Khan’s little sister. She is happily settled in marital bliss with Delhi-based businessman Aayush Sharma.
Childhood:
Arpita Khan was not adopted from any NGO, in fact she was a daughter of a homeless woman who happened to die on the Mumbai footpath owing to some accident. Salim Khan who came across this girl, saw her weeping and brought her home to take care of her. Within days the family decided to adopt her and from then on wards she has been brought up like a khan in the family and all her brothers and sisters pamper her and love her the most. There has been absolutely no bias towards her from any family member and is always treated like a princess.
Education:
Arpita studied at London College of Fashion and holds a degree in fashion marketing and management. Currently she is working at an architectural and interior design firm in Mumbai. However, Arpita wants to launch a fashion brand on her own and also wants to try her hand in film production.
Break-Up with Arjun Kapoor:
When Arjun Kapoor was 18-years-old and weighed 140 kgs, Arpita dated him for two years. While the reason behind the break-up is not yet known, Kapoor is still very close to the Khan family and it was Salman Khan who inspired him to shed his extra kilos and join films.
Relationship with Aayush Sharma:
Aayush Sharma and Arpita met a few years ago through a common friend and had been dating since 2013, the couple finally tied the knot in 2015. They were to marry in early 2015, but the wedding date was pre-poned to coincide with 50th anniversary of Salman’s parents, Salim and Salma Khan.
Royal Wedding:
Being the lucky princess of Salman Khan’s family, when they got to know that she always dreamed of getting married in a palace, dotting brother Salman Khan booked the Taj Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad for her lavish wedding. He spent a whopping Rs 2 crores on booking the venue and over Rs 16 crores to buy her a wedding present. The actor is literally spilling money on his baby sister by fulfilling all the dreams she ever had.
Motherhood:
Arpita Khan Sharma was blessed with her first child Ahil.Salman Khan and his family welcomed the youngest member of their family – Ahil Sharma – son of Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma. The baby boy is Arpita and Aayush’s first bundle of joy.
Looking at all this, don’t you feel like being Arpita Khan? Well I do! No person could be as lucky as Arpita in life!
