Sprinkled
Churros normally served with a chocolate on its side, but if you want a real sugar high, check out the sprinkled variety. There are churros with strawberry sprinkles, cookies and cream, and even matching fruity pebbles.
Sundaes
What do you get when you take churros covered in cereal and stick it in ice cream? A dessert mash-up like no other! A food truck in Los Angeles is serving up churros sundaes that include Nutella nut, cookie butter s’more and even strawberry shortcake.
Churro Ice-cream Sandwich
Instead of making the regular straight churros, the dough is piped into a danish-like shape and ice cream placed between the two of them. This means you can get all sorts of ice cream sandwiches- from classic vanilla to a cotton candy version that has gone viral.
