Intolerance in the country is really increasing. So much it has reached that people commit suicide over the remarks made by other on some issue. Such a case has been reported in Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur.
A lady named Sonam Pandey, committed suicide because her husband mocked Aamir Khan on the views he had on intolerance. Sonam and her husband Mayank had a heated argument over the remarks made by the actor. This made her furious so she ran upstairs and locked herself in the room. But when she started screaming, her husband went to help her and saw her vomiting. It seemed she had consumed some poisonous substance.
She was taken to the hospital where she later died. Police is investigating the matter and will proceed accordingly.
A lot has been said by people about Aamir’s comment on intolerance. We do not know if the nation is really becoming intolerant or not but yes the lady was surely intolerant that her husband’s remark made her commit suicide.
